Hello,
Arts & Graft Team
I’m Chi — an illustrator and artist based in London.

I come from a strong drawing and mixed media background, and from the start of this year I have been developing my practice into 3D, motion, and visual direction. I have really enjoyed learning and using 3D skills, especially when translating my illustration and drawing into 3D images. I have been particularly enjoying combining analogue techniques and textures into my digital creations which I find makes work that feels immersive, tangible, and visually exciting.

I'm applying for this internship because I want to develop as a part of your team. I really enjoy the work you make and would truly relish the opportunity to learn from your team, developing new skills whilst sharing my own unique skillset and perspectives. As an intern, I would love to gain insight into how your studio approaches 3D motion and art direction across both client and internal projects.
I’ve included my 3D work on this page, as it’s the direction I’m most focused on right now. You’re welcome to explore other parts of my practice on my website, but this selection shows how I’m translating my strengths into 3D and where I’m aiming to take my work.

This link is public, but shared specifically for this application — if needed, please refer back to the link provided in my application form or click in the bottom left corner.

I would love the chance to be a part of your team!
